The Campbell County Local Board of Appeals (Building Code) may hear appeals of the decisions of the local building official in accordance with KRS198B.070.

Terms of Service |

The Campbell County Local Board of Appeals (Building Code) may consist of five (5) technically qualified persons with professional experience related to the building industry, at least three (3) of which must not be employed by the local government hearing the appeal. Note: Appointments are from the County Judge Executive, with the confirmation of the Fiscal Court.
