The purpose of the Campbell County Cable Television Board shall be to select a cable television franchise, regulate the CATV ordinance and to promote, improve and develop the potential of cable television for the citizens of Campbell County.

Terms of Service |

The Campbell County Cable Television Board shall be appointed by the Campbell County Fiscal Court upon recommendation of the County Judge Executive. The Fiscal Court shall appoint three (3) members, three (3) shall be selected by the Campbell County Council of Governments and the two largest cities in the franchise area. Composition and terms of office are set forth in Article III, Section 5 of the franchise ordinance. Note: Newport and Fort Thomas have independent franchises.
