Fire Protection Districts Board of Trustees in Campbell County shall be established and shall be operated in accordance with KRS Chapter 75 for safety and protection of the life and property of the citizens of the district for which they serve.

Terms of Service |

In accordance with KRS 75.031, each Fire Protection District Board of Trustees shall be composed of seven (7) members: two (2) members to come from the membership of the volunteer firefighters in the respective districts; two (2) members to be elected by the property owners within the respective district, who cannot be a firefighter; and three (3) to be appointed by the County Judge/Executive with confirmation of the Fiscal Court.
