Northern Kentucky Convention and Visitors Bureau

In accordance with KRS 83.245, the Northern Kentucky Convention and Visitors Bureau Commission’s purpose is to direct the promotion and expansion of the convention and visitors business in and to its service area.  Its objectives are to help establish serving the traveling public, increase business and business standards as well as extending the hand of welcome to all visitors to Boone, Campbell and Kenton Counties.

Each of the three (3) County Judges/Executive, with confirmation of their respective Fiscal Court, appoint six (6) of the 18 total members.  Of the six (6) appointments per county, two (2) are selected from recommendations of the Northern Kentucky Hotel-Motel Association, one (1) from recommendations of the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, one (1) from recommendations of the Northern Kentucky Restaurant Association, one (1) at-large appointment, and one (1) member of the General Assembly from the respective county.  Appointment shall be for a term of three (3) years.
