The purpose of the Campbell County Ethics Commission is to have the powers to enforce all provisions of the Campbell County Code of Ethics, adopted by Ordinance #O-19-94. The Committee shall have jurisdiction over the administration of this code. Established under KRS Chapter 65/House Bill 238.

Terms of Service |

The commission shall be composed of 3 members to be appointed by the Judge/Executive and confirmed by the Fiscal Court. Appointment shall be for a term of 1 year.
