In accordance with KRS Chapter 74, the Pendleton County Water District is established to furnish a water supply to the citizens residing within the boundaries of the district, which includes some unincorporated areas of Campbell County.

Terms of Service |

In accordance with KRS 74.020, the Campbell County Judge Executive, with confirmation of the Fiscal Court, shall appoint two (2) of the members of the Board. Appointment shall be for a term of four (4) years.
