The purpose of the Northern Kentucky Port Authority is to facilitate river port projects along the Ohio and Licking Rivers. The NKPA Board oversees the activities of the river port authority, including industrial park development, and management of assets.

Terms of Service |
|
Two (2) members each shall be appointed by the County Judges/Executive, with confirmation by the repsective Fiscal Court, of the participating counties in the Authority: Boone, Campbell, and Kenton Counties. Appointment shall be for a term of four (4) years.
