The Campbell County Reapportionment Commission oversees the reapportionment of Fiscal Court Districts. This Commission is in accordance with KRS 67.045.

This Commission consists of three (3) members, who shall be over the age of twenty-one and must be residents of different districts. Appointments are made by the Fiscal Court, and the County Clerk shall serve as an ex-officio member of the Commission.
