The purpose of the Transit Authority of Northern Kentucky Board of Directors shall be to provide for a mass transit system, oversee its operations, and set policy for said system.

Terms of Service |

The Board shall consist of nine (9) members, three (3) members each appointed by their respective County Judges/Executive, and confirmed by the respective Fiscal Court, in the three participating counties of Boone, Campbell, and Kenton. Appointment shall be for a term of four (4) years.
