In accordance with KRS Chapter 74, the Northern Kentucky Water Service District Board is established to furnish a water supply to the citizens of Campbell and Kenton Counties residing within the boundaries of the district.

Terms of Service |
|
The Board shall consist of two (2) Campbell County residents appointed by the County Judge Executive and four (4) Kenton County residents appointed by the County Judge Executive, with confirmation of the Fiscal Court. Appointment shall be for a term of four (4) years.
